A couple days ago I wrote about honey for your (mine too)))) skin

Now it’s time to make your OWN, very healthy honey-sugar scrub just in your kitchen.

But before we start, I’d like to add some more information about the benefits of exfoliation for our skin (scrub means exfoliate)

Here I have a cute pic (:)))):

What exactly we do, when using a face scrub. We exfoliating all we do not need more! Read about mechanical skin exfoliation here:

You can make your own honey&sugar scrub at home! It is easy and you can add any other ingredients any time you like!
I will give you only the main recipe. Then all depends only on your fantasy:)
Let’s speak about the ingredients.
 1. Ingredients!
Ingredients, you need for your scrub:
Castile soap (or any liquid soap)
Fresh lemon juice
Olive oil
 2. Why do I propose to use these face scrub ingredients??
2.1. Honey might help whiten your skin in numerous ways. Its antibacterial properties soothe inflammation and defend the skin from germs.
2.2. Castile soap is a natural liquid soap made from vegetable oils. The Castile soap is made with virgin olive oil and contained no tallow, or rendered animal fats, like most contemporary soaps.
2.3. Lemon juice reduces pigmentation in the form of dark patches/spots, tanning or melasma with the help of its two integral components, Vitamin C and citric acid.
3. The proportions!!
1 tablespoon of raw honey
A bit of fresh lemon juice
3-5 tablespoon white sugar, or brown sugar.
1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of Castile soap (or any liquid soap)
 4. The preparation!!
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
 5. How to use you FRESH scrub??
5.1. Using the tips of your fingers, gently rub scrub into the clean face. Take care to avoid the eyes. Remove by rinsing with cool water, and pat dry with a clean towel.
5.2. Or you can make a wonderful gift for your mom or sister:)
6. Storage time!!
You can keep this handmade scrub up to 4 days in your fridge.

P.S. The author (it’s me;) LOVES questions!!!!
